By purchasing a paid membership or subscription, you authorize EasyNEMT or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, renewals, upgrades, or other charges associated with your purchase. Paid memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method should be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable product details. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your location, capital, experience, compliance, market conditions, competition, effort, decision-making, vendors, brokers, regulators, and business execution. NEMT Compliance Responsibility The non-emergency medical transportation industry may involve federal, state, local, contractual, insurance, Medicaid, broker, vehicle, driver, safety, privacy, and operational requirements. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, contracts, insurance requirements, broker requirements, and operational standards that apply to your business. Sensitive Information, Patient Information, and PHI EasyNEMT is not intended to collect, store, transmit, or process protected health information, patient records, medical records, Medicaid IDs, claim numbers, broker trip details tied to identifiable patients, or other sensitive health information. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or share patient-specific information, protected health information, confidential transportation records, Medicaid claim information, medical records, or any other sensitive health information through EasyNEMT community areas, forums, groups, comments, messages, forms, support channels, or future tools. EasyNEMT does not represent that its website, community, messaging, forums, forms, support channels, or future AI-powered features are designed for HIPAA-regulated storage, transmission, or processing of protected health information. If you operate a NEMT business, you are responsible for your own privacy, HIPAA, Medicaid, broker, state, federal, contractual, and operational compliance obligations. 12. Community Rules EasyNEMT may provide community features such as profiles, activity feeds, forums, groups, comments, direct messages, member directories, and other interactive features. You agree to use the community respectfully and professionally. You may not: Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, stalk, or intimidate others Post spam, scams, misleading offers, or deceptive promotions Post illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or abusive content Share patient information, protected health information, or confidential records Post another person’s personal information without permission Impersonate another person or business Misrepresent your qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, or business status Post confidential broker, contract, vendor, member, or proprietary information without authorization Use the platform for unauthorized recruiting, scraping, solicitation, or data harvesting Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of EasyNEMT Violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party right We may moderate, edit, remove, hide, restrict, or delete content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the safety and integrity of the EasyNEMT platform. 13. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of content you submit, post, upload, or share through EasyNEMT, subject to the rights granted in these Terms. By submitting content to EasyNEMT, you grant EasyNEMT LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, moderate, modify for formatting, distribute, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, improve, and provide the EasyNEMT platform and services. Any future NEMTGo features may be subject to separate terms, pricing, privacy disclosures, technical requirements, or user agreements. 20. AI Tools and Automated Features EasyNEMT may use or offer software, automation, artificial intelligence tools, or third-party systems to help provide support, organize information, improve content, analyze member needs, generate educational materials, or develop future features. AI-generated or automated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. You agree not to submit protected health information, patient information, confidential business records, payment card numbers, legally privileged information, proprietary third-party information, or other highly sensitive information into EasyNEMT AI tools, forms, support requests, community areas, or future automated features unless we specifically state that a feature is designed and authorized for that type of information. 21. Prohibited Uses You may not use EasyNEMT to: Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right Commit fraud, deception, spam, phishing, scraping, or unauthorized solicitation Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files Attempt to gain unauthorized access to EasyNEMT systems or user accounts Interfere with the performance, security, or operation of the website Copy, scrape, harvest, or misuse member data Share your account credentials with others Resell or redistribute EasyNEMT content without permission Use EasyNEMT materials to create a competing product, membership, course, template library, or resource platform Post patient information, protected health information, or confidential transportation records Misrepresent EasyNEMT’s relationship with any broker, government agency, Medicaid program, vendor, or regulator 22. Account Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, membership, access, content, or community participation at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, our policies, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of EasyNEMT. We may also suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, failed billing, chargebacks, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security concerns, or behavior that harms EasyNEMT or other members. Upon termination, your right to access EasyNEMT services, paid areas, courses, downloads, groups, forums, and community features may end immediately. 23. Availability and Changes to Services We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any EasyNEMT feature, membership benefit, course, resource, template, group, forum, content library, or service at any time. We do not guarantee that EasyNEMT.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, or third-party service.
