Free members may be automatically added to certain community groups, such as the National NEMT Community, depending on site configuration.
EasyNEMT may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, courses, digital products, templates, SOP libraries, coaching, partner resources, or other paid services.
By purchasing a paid membership or subscription, you authorize EasyNEMT or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, renewals, upgrades, or other charges associated with your purchase.
Paid memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method should be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable product details.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to paid membership features, courses, downloads, communities, or other paid resources.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your location, capital, experience, compliance, market conditions, competition, effort, decision-making, vendors, brokers, regulators, and business execution.

EasyNEMT does not represent that its website, community, messaging, forums, forms, support channels, or future AI-powered features are designed for HIPAA-regulated storage, transmission, or processing of protected health information.
If you operate a NEMT business, you are responsible for your own privacy, HIPAA, Medicaid, broker, state, federal, contractual, and operational compliance obligations.

We do not guarantee that EasyNEMT.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, or third-party service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, or platform improvements that temporarily affect access.
